Introducing Our Zumba® Instructor:
has been a licensed Zumba®
instructor since 2009,
with certifications in
Basic 1 & 2, and Zumba®
is also certified by the AFAA , the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. Josephine has been dancing since the age of 5. She has
formally studied ballet, jazz, hip hop in New Jersey and New York, and also has taking classes in ballroom dancing. She lives in northern New
Jersey and is married with three children. This year will mark her 10th that she has volunteered her time with FLOW Follies, a fundraiser to benefit local high school scholarships. For the last three years, she
has been their Director of Dance Choreography.
Her love and passion for dance and exercise never slows her down. Come
